REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your order in general, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee for your canceled orders. If we have finished your doll and you insist on canceling your order, 50% will be charged. In another case, we not only finished your doll but also shipped it, then the order will not be canceled, please understand.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Your doll is designed for your customers based on their requirements. We are unable to make a second sale. All dolls passed many standard tests before leaving our factory,they are definitely of high quality, so we will not provide a return service for anyone. If the doll is defective or damaged after you receive the doll for the first time, we will not replace the doll, but we will provide maintenance videos and tools based on the damage. (may require a small fee from the customer)
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
At the moment the customer’s payment was successful, our back-end orders were generated and the factory was immediately put into production. Therefore, we will not provide a refund for any reason.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product
In the event ships for free, the customer will be informed of the return shipment cost (estimates may be given based on our own costs in shipping to customers)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
